Ann Turner: Chief Executive Officer
Oversees organizational structure of the Association; responsible for day to day administration of policies and procedures as established by the Board of Directors; directs and coordinates all approved programs, projects, and activities.

Susan Aldretti: Director of Public Policy & Communications
Responsible for working with members to develop and communicate the Association's position on public policy issues to elected and appointed officials at the local, state and federal level; provides support for the political action programs; responsible for publishing the JCAR Journal.

Rita Henderson: Receptionist
Handles incoming calls and walk-in traffic. Responsible for sale of items from the JCAR Store, and the check-out of library materials. Serves as MLS Service Center Representative.

JoAnn Lujan: Membership Manager
Coordinates all aspects of the membership services program, including application procedures, maintenance of membership records & coordination of member benefits. Responsible for administrative aspects of the professional standards program (ethics and arbitration) and buyer/seller mediation program. Assists in education course registrations, coordinates all new member activities including orientation, ethics class, induction.

Cindy Goins: Director of Education
Responsible for developing and administering all Association education programs including advanced designation education such as the GRI, CRS and MRE, as well as required courses for license renewal and membership status. Also develops and maintains JCAR's website, jcar.com.
