JCAR Room Rental

JCAR has two rooms available for rental. The large room is the "Meeting Room" and the smaller room is the "Conference Room." JCAR also has additional A/V equipment available for rent for use on-site.

Conference Room:

• Seats up to 30
• Modular tables - configure as a conference table or classroom style
• Wet bar for refreshments
• Handicapped accessible
• Coffee provided

  Full day - $100
  Half day - $75

  Non-Member price
  Full day $200
  Half day - $150

Meeting Room

• Seats 50 people classroom style
  65-70-theatre style
  25 tables with two chairs each
  Additional tables available
  
• Full kitchen for refreshments
• Handicapped accessible
• Coffee provided with all rentals

Rental Fees:

• $200 Refundable Damage Deposit due with signed contract
• Payment due at time of event, Damage Deposit will be applied toward total due

Equipment Rental Fees:

LCD Projector - $250
Overhead projector and screen - $50
Easel and Flip Chart - $25
