MLS Classes held at JCAR

the Search and CMA classes carry 3 hours of CE credit each toward
re-licensing; MyPDC carries 2 hours of CE!
*all
classes are free and are held on a "walk-in" basis
*classes
taught at JCAR are lecture / presentation style only and are not
"hands-on"

Jefferson County Association of REALTORS® offers these courses
as part of one or more of the subjects listed in CRS 12-61-110.5 which
qualifies this course for continuing education credit. However, under
the Rules of the Colorado Real Estate Commission, there is no prior
course approval process and therefore the licensee assumes the risk
that the Commission may not accept courses for continuing education
